Pandu counts the short videos you scroll past in Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. This page describes exactly what it looks at, what it keeps, and what it sends.
Pandu sends nothing anywhere. The app does not request internet permission, so it is not capable of transmitting your data even by accident. Everything it records stays in the app's private storage on your phone, and uninstalling deletes it.
There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no crash-reporting service.
Counts and times, on your device. For each day: how many reels you scrolled past in each of the three apps, roughly how long that represents, and the daily limit you had set. This is what the streak, the calendar and the charts are built from. It is never uploaded.

Counting reels requires knowing when one goes past, and Android offers an app only one mechanism for that. With it, Pandu:
Android shows a broad warning when you enable any accessibility service, because the permission is capable of far more than this. What Pandu does with it is the list above. It does not read your messages, your captions, your passwords, or anything you type, and it records none of the screen's text.
If eye control is switched on, the service also performs swipes and taps on the feed on your behalf — that is how a wink moves the video.
Pandu Blink is optional and stays off unless you grant the camera permission and enable it.
When it is on, and only while a reel feed is open, frames from the front camera are passed to a face-detection model running entirely on your device. The model returns two numbers — how open each eye is — and the frame is then discarded.
No image or video is recorded, saved, shown on screen, or transmitted. There is no camera preview anywhere in the app. The camera stops the moment you leave the feed, and your phone's green camera indicator shows you whenever it is running.
Nothing, with anyone. There are no third-party SDKs that collect data, no advertising identifiers, and no network access.
Your history stays on your device until you delete it. You can clear it by uninstalling Pandu, or through Settings → Apps → Pandu → Storage → Clear data.
Pandu is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
